All estimates are subject to inspection. Parts and labor rates are provided prior to service. Customer authorization is required before work begins.

Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank payments.

We warrant workmanship for 90 days from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts as provided by the manufacturer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Russell Marine LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
